The hotel is perfectly situated in North Goa, equidistant to Candolim and Morjim beaches. The rooms are always clean and tidy with an abundance of clean towels. The staff, although mostly pleasant and friendly, had some issues with hot water and equipment maintenance. The location is good for exploring North Goa attractions. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety of dishes. Overall, a comfortable stay with some service hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were basic but always kept clean by a friendly man, and the location was great with some nice restaurants within walking distance. Although the dining experience could be improved, the service from the staff was fabulous, always going above and beyond to please guests. The hotel urgently needs an upgrade, especially the small restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at the resort! The room provided for us to shower and change before leaving, along with breakfast included, was superb. The king-size bed, separate lounge area, walk-in shower, fridge to cool our bottled water daily, and ceiling fans with air conditioning made our stay extremely comfortable. The experience was top-notch, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
